Snow Storm for Tuesday?
Your gutters just might get tested after all this week if the worse case scenario comes true. Weather men and women are predicting as much as 20 inches of snow coming our way from the Colorado Rockies this Tuesday and Wednesday. Will it happen? Who really knows. One thing for sure though, if we do get a foot or more of snow with the thawing temps that are coming soon after Wednesday, you will be glad you have gutters to control the melt and water run off.
We are sitting at around a measley 15 inches of snow so far this season, when we should be at about 35 inches so far. Whether you like or want snow, we really could use the precipitation for the lakes and the farmers in the state. Even with as nasty as last winter was, it has been easy to forget that this season, and think that Spring is just around the corner. We may get a reminder this week that we have a few weeks to go still until we are in the clear.
